In 2013 I met Riko for the first time in Kyoto. She is a Butoh dancer and we collaborated several times, which resulted in the small publication Riko (2014) and the project was also included in the group exhibition Dancing Light at Huis Marseille (Amsterdam) in 2014. Riko also performed at Huis Marseille at the finissage of the exhibition in 2015.

During my recent visit to Kyoto Riko and I finally had the chance to work together again. Her dancing was beautiful as always.
